Where is the thread about Al-Qaeda dissing Obama?

Can you elaborate on the double standard I've applied?

Sure. You accuse us (or I assume I'm lumped in with those people you were referring to) about being quiet when AQ makes a comment about Obama, yet you complain about Fox News yet have nothing to say when someone shows proof of the bias on every other network.

By the by, I've missed this place over the last few weeks.

Nice to have you back.

But ...

I am really struggling to understand the double standard you cite. I don't see how the two are analogized well.

My point re: Fox News is that they pretend to be unbiased and criticize the rest of the media, when in reality Fox is extremely biased, particularly in commentary but even to a significant and identifiable degree on the news side.

My point re: Al Qaeda was simply that apparently they are not as in love with Obama as some on the right had subtly (and not so subtly) intimated during the election in hopes that people would think Obama is, or supports, terrorists.

Case-in-point, the little old lady who told McCain she wouldn't vote for Obama because he's "A-rab." And to which McCain, to his credit, corrected her.
