Go back and look at all my posts and I told y’all he would be a stud! Called the pass in the Super Bowl and seems that he is the #1 without being it in San Fran. When they need something he is the one they go to and still blocks and is the same guy on and off the field. On a side note, we win and we are in these dang playoffs!!! Let’s go Vols my guys, we are in a great spot and have people showing out in all sports and all arenas. If you hate on this post you yourself are a hater but we can’t fix all your sad lives. Great things from the Vols and I’m proud to be a Tennessee fan. Ain’t so easy going into Norman during prime time is it Alabama???😂

I thought that he was out of line calling out his coach at UT (was it Butch and/or Brady Hoke?) on social media.

Turns out he was 100% correct and I was wrong. My favorite VFL currently in the NFL.

It was still way out of line. If you have a problem with the coach, go to them. Blasting it on social media was immature

I was totally supportive of Jujuan back then. So many agreed with a loser known as. Brady Hoke trying to dismiss this young man! One of the best things ever was UT readmitting him on the team and watching his historic Dobbnail Boot catch. It’s like the Divine approved the whole thing on Jujuan and his great career in the NFL.

It was needless drama and he rightfully had to earn his way back on the team. Only good thing Hoke did in the interim.

He didn’t “try”. The Dobbnail Boot occurred the previous season and would’ve been a lost legacy if he hadn’t 180’d his attitude and worked his way back on the team. It boiled down to him skipping classes all season and going on a profanity laced inane rant on social media because he wanted to burn his redshirt and play QB against Vandy. Hoke caves on that and he’s not around for his redemption season…for which he had to humble himself and EARN. That newfound character led to him being the beast the Niners took a flyer on. Hoke did nothing else noteworthy but he did Jennings a huge needed service.

I must’ve missed the section of the board that wanted him to fail….

There was probably a small smattering of people who said good riddance when he got mad at Brady Hoke, and OP is acting like it represented the entire fanbase. Idk a Vol fan who doesn’t love the guy and root for him to succeed.

Like many young men, he was an immature (but talented) brat who needed a bit of sense knocked into him, with both love and discipline. Unfortunately, Jones was not capable of providing that firm but loving hand. Fortunately, JJ was able to get a chance to work his way back, so that he could showcase the real skills he has while having learned a bit of humility a long the way.
