Where would you go?

Notre Dame - Tradition, and if you are good the media attention is crazy.
Georgia Tech - Always liked them.
Colorado - Never been but the mountains seem stunning
Oregon - Just to see what it's like.
Boston College - Not sure why, seems like a great place to go to school.

I wouldn't choose UT b/c it would be tough to stay in your home town... I think I might go to Colorado or Notre Dame, likely Colorado.

I could never go anywhere but another SEC if UT wouldn't take me. UT first but SEC has to stick together vs. other confrences.:good!:

I've never really understood that but to each his own. I feel no loyalty to any other SEC school.

If Tennessee was not an option:

Arizona State
Stanford
Notre Dame
Ohio State
Michigan

Commit to Harvard!

Yeah, I agree, I figured I would sign with UGA at first but I would never want to play against UT. Too much love I'd probably hand them the ball and cheer when they scored. Going to the locker room would be painful

1. Tennessee
2. Auburn
3. Florida
4. Georgia
5. LSU

Any of these teams could win it all and it wouldn't surprise me.

And the winner is " Tennessee"

The best players, recognition, teams, stadiums, coaches, girls, and brand of football is in the SEC. Why would anyone consider playing outside of this conference if they had a choice? I've been a diehard UT fan since birth and would never consider going anywhere else if it was my choice. The reason I would visit those other schools that I listed would be to get a free vacation each of those weekends and enjoy myself. This was a no brainer.

if you have a connection to another SEC school I think it's fine. My sister goes to Ole Miss and lives in Oxford, which is why I always cheer for the Rebels, unless of course they're playing UT

Visits:

1. Notre Dame-Born 18 miles from the campus and I'd be on tv weekly.
2. Hawaii-Nice free trip with no intention of playing there.
3. Auburn-Great uniform near Talladega.
4. West Virginia-The big dog of the big east, almost garenteed bowl bid.
5. UCLA-Another great uniform, playing rival USC as an underdog would be the chance of a lifetime.

Commit: Auburn

Why would anyone want to visit Auburn?
USC
Hawaii
Cal
Miami
Boston College

Have a good time, see the states, and sign with Tennessee. Live in God's country.

The area sucks but this isn't a question of the top places to live. Auburn would be a great place to play football and it would be easy to focus on school and football with nothing else to do. Plust TT is the man.

anybody remember what happened to Jason Respert when he committed to UT and then decided to take a free trip (visit) to Florida?

OTHER THAN TENNESSEE...

Oregon...know a few recruited there say it has the best facilities in the nation...basically owned/funded by Nike

Clemson...South Carolina is pretty nice and I grew up a Tiger in HS...always liked em.

Ohio State...Of the local Big 10 schools, I do like OSU. I graduated from Youngstown State and love Tressel.

North Carolina...Will be dominant w/in 3 years IMHO

LSU...Saturday night games ion the Bayou. Crazy fans, bright colors. Badass program

I think I'd end up at Clemson. My family could see me play pretty easily at UVA, Maryland, etc and the weather is still awesome. A very solid program who I (as a 5 star recruit) could try to get to the next level. OSU and LSU aren't challenges and Oregon is too far away. UNC would be similar to Clemson, but Clemson has been in my top 3 to root for since I was 10.

Oregon just to see the ridiculous facilities.
App State, Love the mountains down there in Boone.
Colorado, free strippers.
Clemson, $$$$$$$$
Alabama to get a new ride to hold all my $$$ and strippers.

Probably end up going to Oregon in my new pimped out Escalade with the stripper pole in the back.

Clemson also offers a lakehouse so you may wanna reconsider.

Well you do have to live there for four years. Wouldn't want to spend them in Auburn. Tuberville drives me crazy as well with his little smart ass smurk. Can't stand him as a coach.

Have you ever been to Auburn? It is a pretty cool place in my opinion

I had a friend that went there and I took a weekend visit. It was fun enough at the time because we partied down. But, I would not really want to go back except to watch UT play.
