I have been to every home game except 2 or 3 per year since mid eighties. I had previously been to Stegeman Coliseum when Lofton hit like 8 threes in Bruce Pearls first year. Today my friend bought 4 tickets up there and asked me to go. Win or lose I am going :loco: in orange at Rupp.

congratulations have a great time.

for those thinking about going...stubhub does have tickets and actually are starting at $50 for not that bad of seats, kind of surprised BBN hasnt snatched these up.

If you hear of a bball fan getting murdered at Rupp thats a Tennessee fan it will definitely will be me. Gonna be awesome. I relish this one thing that can be checked off the sports bucket list.

I will be there. If your in the upper deck I would bring a cushion bc those bleachers suck ass. UT's arena is better than rupp in my opinion and I have been to both multiple times. UT has better seating and less blue hairs.

*Bottom level of the shopping mall beneath Rupp Arena, there is a sports bar. They sell $4.00 16oz cans, which is a decent deal. You can walk around the entire mall and in stores with it as well.

*Eat before you get there, the food court is a 30 minute wait in ANY fast food joint you choose.

*Should you want a UK shirt, even if it's to burn, go to Kentucky Korner, they have a $5.00 rack.

*If your staying the night, I recommend "cheap side Bar & Grill" for a hangout spot. Unless the Vols win of course, then I suggest going back to Knoxville. :)

Thanks for the info. We are driving right back. Thats the bad part since it was last minute or I would have taken time off the next day. Also what stinks about getting back do late most of all is not seeing my 2 year old girl before she goes to sleep. But Im definitely excited about this oppurtunity.

either one. primarily the one which involves you cussing and being derogatory towards tennessee. once again not the place for that. the proper place would be the KKK meeting thats going on in your back yard.
