We are good at Cheerleading and Rifle club thing too.

Good luck with that dream.

Oh don't forget y'all are good at corn hole too.

It's been a reality at every school he has coached at. If you honestly aren't worried at all about it your in denial.

You do realize that cheerleading isn't technically counted as a sport for college athletics. It's a hobby. Idk about rifle team but I'm sure that keeps UK feeling good about themselves. Haha

Everyone around here cant wait to "kick them damn vols a$$e$ off the f***** court".

I admit, would be funny if we lost.

Why? We have a classy coach that doesn't really rub anyone the wrong way and a team without thugs or players who would even seem like thugs without knowing them.

Oh - and we're below .500. Not really seeing the incentive to want to kick our asses.

I will be there. If your in the upper deck I would bring a cushion bc those bleachers suck ass. UT's arena is better than rupp in my opinion and I have been to both multiple times. UT has better seating and less blue hairs.

While TB may be the nicer overal, the experience at Rupp is quite amazing.

Yeah gonna be an experience even if we lose by 50 which I don't see happening. Ive always wanted to see a bball game at Rupp and a football gamein Bama. However after the teabagging going on makes me want to cross that off Bama off the list already. By the way with all the racist comments the building I will be screaming like crazy in tonight just so happens to be named after a racist. The movie Glory Road did a good job depicting that about ole Adolph Rupp.

I was there once as a child dressed in Orange. Was treated horribly. Be warned. You will likely take abuse. They'll be crowing like peacocks about their football win and how they are going to sweep us in football and basketball this year for the first time since the 18th century.

I went to rupp last year decked out in Big Orange. Got some looks, but the only person that said anything to me was an 80 year old usher. He asked me if I was lost because I had the wrong color on.

Most UK fans tend to treat fans of other programs based the current status of our own program. With Calipari here having not ever lost at Rupp, UT under .500, the #1 team in the nation, UK fans will be pretty relaxed and nonchalant with you for the most part. Kinda like a "You guys had a few good years there with Pearl, but we are glad you know your role" attitude.

Now, if it were during the last 3 Tubby years or Gillispie seasons when we were struggling, then that disgust and hatred had to be released somewhere. Rivalries that really aren't rivalries are suddenly bigger and more important, magnified by the struggles. Therefore, they are somewhat defensive and wanting to protect their tradition and program, when it fact it doesn't need protecting at all.

UK's tradition was here before, and will be here after us.

I have worn orange to Rupp several times. I've never had any problems.

I've turned into a Rupp snob. If I don't have lower arena tics..I don't go. Too much crap to deal with in the upper level.

I'd rather be better at athletics.

I would school you in basketball. Arrogant sumbeesh.

You do realize that basketball is the #2 most important sport. And outside of that, your athletics program is.... well... I'll be nice and say it's simply "not all that great."

So keep on doin' what you do, 5 months a year.

*Bottom level of the shopping mall beneath Rupp Arena, there is a sports bar. They sell $4.00 16oz cans, which is a decent deal. You can walk around the entire mall and in stores with it as well.

*Eat before you get there, the food court is a 30 minute wait in ANY fast food joint you choose.

*Should you want a UK shirt, even if it's to burn, go to Kentucky Korner, they have a $5.00 rack.

*If your staying the night, I recommend "cheap side Bar & Grill" for a hangout spot. Unless the Vols win of course, then I suggest going back to Knoxville. :)

lol!
They will burn Rupp down if UT pulls the mega upset.

Usually I have some sort of faith but I give Tennessee a 0% chance of winning this game. I just see no possible chance. I really hope I am deaaaad wrong!

How will their attitude change after the game towards tennessee fans if we were to pull the upset?

I'm not sure about the normal ones but I know a certain message board by Rivals that would absolutely SHUT DOWN if something like this happens and the suicide rate in the whole state of Kentucky would significantly rise.

Hehehe I may have to be like papacat and troll on an opposing teams sight and bring up UT in every thread.

1/3 will say no big deal, blind squirrels find nuts, etc.

1/3 will blame the refs, hate UT's guts, livers, and innards forever.

1/3 will say something stupid like " I hate one and done basketball, we need kentucky boys, fire Cal", and hate UT's guts, livers, and innards forever.
