Which college football program has the highest ceiling for success?

Sure we are. We're top 10 at least.

At best UT is Top 10.

I lumped the Florida schools together, and I think programs like UGA, LSU, Michigan, Oklahoma and Oregon all have a higher upside.

That's not to say UT isn't trending positively, but UT has more ground to make up.

UCLA's downside is that their academic requirements are too high. Same reason Stanford will hit a glass ceiling.

Hasn't seemed to affect Stanford so far.

Or Vandy for that matter in recent times although it pains me to say.
