1. "wouldnt redshirt either of them. dont you know that incoming freshmen are always better than anything you have on your roster?" - VN

2. "wouldnt redshirt either of them... because neither would be on my team. they arent 5 stars." - nationdom

3. "well I wouldnt redshirt either of them because CBJ made promises and I dont want him to break those promises. it could cause someone to transfer. well maybe I would redshirt both because If they play, they might scare away any future QB commits/prospects. but either way, it opens up another spot in our numers... yadda yadda yadda" - Leb

did I do it right?

Nailed it. :)

I wonder just how bad Wegzyn is?

If Dobbs can stay healthy and Wegzyn get the garbage reps(IF NP transfers), then that would be ideal. IMO let both TFR RS. No reason to burn a RS having a TFR take 6 snaps and hand off in a blowout.

Man some of you guys take this stuff too serious. It was just a question to play that game called pretend. Remember from before you got grumpy from having sand shoved down your shorts as a kid? This thread was meant to be an early, not taken too serious, hypothetical question based on what you might already know or believe about Jennings and Dormady. Chill people.

And I still say Dormady would get the shot first. I do think Jennings is a qb though. Of course ideally they both red shirt and Dobbs plays the whole season with Pete getting mop up duty. And stop saying the kid is going to transfer just because he isn't likely going to play much. He has shown no sign of leaving and until he does he is a vol. Show some support instead of practically saying he's done and choosing his future for him.

Seems as though we are recruiting Jones pretty heavy right now. That tells me Peterman is likely going to transfer, if Jones commits. Three Freshman QB's. The question is who will be #2?
