USCe probably isn't just a "little down". They lost their most talented players on O and D and didn't replace them in kind.
UF has talent. Hard to say what they will do.
The only unknown about Mizzou is how far they'll fall. They were a "system" team last year with enough talent to make it go. They lost more lettermen and starters than any team in the SEC.
UT really can look pretty good this year... without making that much of a step forward beyond what we've all expected. Right now, I don't look for the Vols to finish worse than 3rd in the East. Like you, I think UGA wins it with everyone else being also rans.
