No, her exact words were "We're flagging problematic posts for Facebook". That does not mean they have access to the backend system for post moderation.

I'm still not comfortable with it at all. They should not be doing this.

Also, I don't agree with the practice. I just want to make sure we're talking about the right thing. The thread title makes it sound as if the White House has direct access to post deletion.

They are just issuing guidance to a private entity which is also known as state run media.

Every time an administration does this , play the “oh it’s not us , it’s them , we are just helping “ card. It becomes easier to do because the masses don’t really care unless it effects them directly , and by the time it gets around to effecting them it’s to late to stop it .
