That link is weird. It says the rate for cops shooting blacks was 31 per million.

There are 37 million AA. So that would be 1147 fatal shootings of African Americans by cops. But the numbers the provide say its 235 total for 19 (the last full year).

They go on to say its 13 per million for whites. With 250 million whites that would be 3250, but they say it was only 370?

By my math of their math its 6 per million for blacks.
And 1.5 for whites.

Which is better but still shows a big discrepancy.

Murder suspect indicted on first degree murder, other felony charges
In court last month for his preliminary hearing, the Commonwealth reported that Rodney Brown died of a gunshot wound to the head. They said he was shot between six to eight times, three in the head and five in the chest.

Investigators testified that Rodney was found just outside the door to his home. There were empty shell casings near him and a recovered bullet on the kitchen stove.

This is a great thread that has no purpose other than to try and deflect from the endless black violence in their own communities that they are trying to blame on everyone but themselves.

K-town. No White people are rioting because we are upset at "White on White" violence. We aren't blaming other races or the police for it either.

I'm not a stats guy 76% of the time, but shouldn't those numbers be by percent of each killed during encounter with police?

The X on X crime "argument" is so stupid. Originally a deflection of acknowledgement regarding actual race-motivated crimes, and now just arbitrary yelling points with even less relevance than before.

There is no point in arguing about this topic. We all know scum people are out there doing scummy things. The argument only serves to perpetuate distrust and hate to the other side.

So many of you in this forum make clowns of yourselves every day with the non-stop mudslinging that serves absolutely no purpose other than to denigrate someone else. No matter what side you're on, you can always find dirt on the other side. The weak and ignorant choose to eat it up and **** it out on others.

In 2020, there are a lot of legitimate topics to debate. Arguing about what race kills themselves the most is not one of them. It neither reinforces nor disproves anything about the existence and practice of racism.

Also I would add that we want these people prosecuted and locked away or given the death penalty, unlike many blacks like K-town who isn't bothered by black thugs shooting black children

  • By race, more than half (53.9 percent) of known offenders were white, 27.4 percent were black or African-American, and 2.2 percent were of other races. The race was unknown for 16.5 percent of reported known offenders.
Victim-to-Offender Relationships

Concerning the relationship of victims to known offenders, there were 1,593,326 victims of crimes against persons (e.g., murders, sex offenses, assault offenses) and robbery offenses from the crimes against property category.

There is a small percentage of the black population that actually commits crimes. Most who do are multiple offenders that count several times in crime stats.
