Who can Pruitt pull in?

It's not the Pruitt hire, it's the relationship with Clemson players, and the track record of Pittman. On top of that, Cade wants a championship. He plays to win. It's viewed Tennessee can cost him 5 to 10 spots.

we get it 95 he is not coming here. We will win with or without him.

I wouldn't be surprised if Davis gives us a very close look with the reported staff coming with HJP.

If I were Cade Mays I would be all about the Pruitt hire, and even moreso, the Will Friend hire - guy can flat coach OL

5-10 spots and championships. Makes sense, if thats what he thinks. Would I come to UT if I were him? Last week I'd say no. This day, I'm saying talk to me coach. Aight

No offense to the kid but he would be a legacy star here and our line would get back to dominant with him and trey smith. If he’s as good as advertised his draft stock won’t matter what team he plays for. Ask Derek Barnett.

Coynis Miller - 4 Star DT Committed to Auburn reported an offer

Brandon Kaho - 4-Star LB from Nevada did as well.

Positions we need help at IMO, cb, ol, wr, te, qb and linebacker.

Keep what we have and start to add to at least a few of these positions and we will be ok.

Mays was committed for years. Do you really think he didn’t want to be here. Dumbazz poster wants the kid to stay committed to no coach and a gutless AD at the time.

I think if he didn't want to be here he would have already pulled the trigger on his backup plan. Wouldn't you agree. I say we land him in the end. I believe he's held out to see who we would get.

Vols fans were able to band together to overthrow the Schiano hire. Whether you like this hire or not, the best thing for the program now is to show the same passion in support of the incoming coach. Time to show the positive power of the fan base. That's a powerful recruiting tool.

Well said.

Your an idiot if you think his relationships he's formed bonding on 1 possibly 2 trips outweighs a bond formed over 2 years, and not to mention growing up a fan and legacy. Who do you root for cause it Damn sure is not our team?

Will Friend's offense at CSU;

"The Rams scored on 53 of 56 trips inside the 20 (94.6%) to rank 4th in FBS."

That's an improvement over our Red Zone offense, right?.....

Barnett was a different beast. What's ironic is Kevin's roommate at UT was non other that Fellow BA great Jeremy Spivey. DB and Spivey both BA studs! I say this because BA destroyed Mays Catholic team this year.

tell that to trey smith!
The media is all over him.
He is a big fish in a little pond, that the media will be closely watching.
I honestly believe your argument is dead wrong!

Bobo called all the plays. Friend is a great coach but he was OC at CSU by name, not by reality.

I have a (good) feeling we’re going to end up with a number of good players we thought we were long out on.

Of course, I’m an idiot homer so who knows. I might be too optimistic about what our new staff can do in under 2 weeks.
