Guessing it will be him or another 1 year guy to not clutter up the room for these guys and Brandon, but 2 is for sure not enough. BUT BUT BUT both current guys were hand picked and targeted by Coach, so don’t sell them short. It would not surprise me if MERK is not a better fit than Nico with our TE and WR and we get happy. In fact I believe the OL AND RB rooms fall in place by fall. Bet they are motivated to show up the doubting Thomas’s in Orange. Lots of young talent. How many can expedite the process????

The more you talk the dumber you look. Auburn and Florida both have spent in NIL like drunken sailors the last year. Money attracted players not the ability of Napier or Freeze. Where were those two coaches during the playoffs last year?

What about the year before? They still ranked higher. How is Vitello also doing it at a bottom feeder program since he arrived? What about how Harper could not recruit but Caldwell has number 1 class? Fact is Heupel is not that good of a recruiter.

Unless we can get someone completely unexpected and highly sought after, I think he brings in a QB with expectations of them being the backup to Merk.

But hey I have no idea what the plan is, I’m just going to cheer for my boys in Orange

its a shame Harrison Bailey is in the SEC. Haha. I'd like Darian Mensah who just went to Duke from Tulane. Not sure if he was mentioned. I'd hate getting a guy on his 3rd school in a year,but that's gonna be the way it is now, I guess. He's not super mobile either.

He’s really good at making something out of nothing, especially on broken plays. Like him or not the kid also has a gigantic nutsack and isn’t afraid to get the piss knocked out of him to make a play.
