More than 25 posts before a mention of Stoops....crazy.

If I had to build my program right now, he's on the receiving end of my first call.

I'd love to see Tressel win 11 games a year in the SEC or the Big 12 for that matter. Ohio St sucks

They could win 11 games in the Big 12. Oklahoma and Texas would be the only teams to give them any trouble each year. They nearly beat Texas last year, and it's not like Oklahoma's done any better in the BCS the last few years either.

I'm shocked it took so long for someone to mention him too. Stoops may not be my first choice, but he's definitely up there.

Not a snowball's hell cound this happen. The Vest would be lucky to get out of the South with 3 conference wins. The North might be a bit better but he could never blow through like you say.

Texas Tech won 11 last year. You telling me they were better than OSU last year? Saying he would be able to compete with Oklahoma and Texas for top team each year is not saying he would "blow through" the conference.

Saying he'd win 11 out of 12 is "blowing through" in my book.

You buckeye's are all the same. That coach of yours would struggle with tech, okie lite, and on a real good day, possibly Baylor. Texas and Ou are losses before you step on the turf. As far as the North, Mizzou would give him fits, and God forbid you stump your toe against the corn shuckers in Nebrasky.

Play some powderpuffs in the OOC games and enjoy the hype you guys get every year. Ohio and ND are in the same boat in my book.

Did I hit a nerve? I never said he'd win 11 of 12(actually 13 genius) every year. I meant he could compete with Texas and Oklahoma most years for top team which would be about 11 wins for that year.

Texas and OU would be losses? Did you not watch the last 3 times OSU and Texas have played? Have you seen Oklahoma lately in OOC games?

Just admit you know nothing intelligent about OSU or your Big 12. The Big 12 once again showed it only had two elite teams in bowl games last year.

You didnt hit a nerve at all. I just refuse to think of that crap hole conference you guys play in to be remotely comparable to the Big 12. And trust me, I've forgotten more about the Big 12 than you can google. As far as my Ohio st. history goes, all I can tell you is that by the end of the year, they reveal how overrated they were.

Yeah they sure looked overrated losing in the last min to a Texas team that should've been playing for the NC. What about OU? They've recently lost bowl games to teams from worse conferences than the Big Ten.

I never said the Big Ten was better than the Big 12 but it's really not as far behind as you wanna make it seem.

Your Bowl game references are too smooth. How'd I know you'd say that?

Which are you referring to? The one TT lost to Ole Miss or the ones OU lost? You're gonna have to be more clear. Seriously, I don't know what you're getting at.

Stoops choking in a bowl game is out of the question. I'll give Boise State all the credit in the world. Florida was/is better. And I'll agree that the spread between the conferences has gotten slightly closer in recent years. Youre still primarily racing the Pac10 for that 3rd spot.

Leach sobbered up long enough to feild a team against Ole Miss. I like the guy, and I can understand him not giving much of a damn after what happened to em.

Make note of this as this will most likely be the nicest thing I'll ever say about anything relating to the community college in Lubbock.

I agree with all of this. Much like Florida was better last year, OSU really shouldn't have been playing LSU the year before. They were a young team and only made it since every other top team lost. LSU was the much better team and they won.

Hang on?

Are we talking about OSU in the Little 11?

Ohio State would be lucky to win 9 games a year in the Big 12!

Tressel would refuse to try and get touchdowns with his offense.

Tressel's idea of a big play is a 50 yard field goal. So he gets three of those along with a chance at a defensive touchdown and a special teams touddown!

Lord have mercy, how much I hate Ohio State!
