I'm anxious to see this running game versus another SEC opponent. It was real concerning how Florida shutdown the run game after it was looking so dominant against the cupcakes. Not RBs fault as OL was the issue. Not sure things are solved.

I think the problem at Florida was the crowd noise. If an OL can't hear the snap, it takes away their advantage of being moving first.

On the surface looks like Sampson is the best but he did not play vs UF so Small & Wrights average per carry went down. Wright was leading with 9.3 per carry but UF game brought that down. Sampson's average went up a lot vs UTSA he didn't face UF so there is still a bit of mystery because he hasn't faced a SEC caliber D yet. Hope he balls out.

I'm hoping we can find our rhythm in this one and regain our fast pace of play. Not sure SCjr has the depth to hold up for a full 4 quarters against Heupel's offense. Sadly, I don't think Milton can function and process at that pace so my guess is we slow things down and just try to run on SC for 4 quarters. No problem with that, but I'm not sure we have a defense that can slow SC enough to allow us to be a run heavy offense.

He'd be our leading rusher if it weren't for those pesky yard lines tripping him up all the time.

That is a really scary statement of you think about it. There is nothing new about crowd noise. Nothing. It should be planned for. If it isn't, that's on the coaches.
