Tennessee is filling up with transplants. You have to work harder for the top prospects here, even if you have an orange T on your hat. Right now, the relationships in GA seem to be where things are happening. If the Vols have a good 7-8 win season, in-state recruiting will pick up.

We’re pretty much getting all the Tennesseans we want. There are even highly-rated players that UT isn’t even trying with. And if you don’t camp, they don’t care.
