Although that wasn't the question, abso-freaking-lutely. Every time and twice on Sundays.

Keep in mind that scenaio is void of offensive system and supporting cast. If I need a qb to take me down the field and put up points, Mallet is the guy.
However, if I need a guy to witness to a family member and get them to let the Lord into their hearts, I'll give Timmy a shout.
Tim tebow, hands down is the answer to the op. Who has the most NFL potential is a completely different subject.
