In the recent past we've only had 1 or 2 guys per class to really be excited about. With this class there are too many to choose from! There are so many that can hopefully provide immediate help, even if only on special teams. That's the biggest difference with this class and I'm loving it! Can't wait to see how these guys pan out. :rock:

Too easy. I don't think anyone thinks either of these guy will be a bust. If we can get a quote to develope, the whole offense is set.

Bates is part of the many "football smart" new additions that will improve that very important facet of any good defense...predict many big plays out of these types.

Excited about everyone in the class but my pick is Hendrix since he went to the same high school as me.

Yeah and I thought it was noteworthy that Butch called him "the alpha male" of the EEs.

But you could make a case for just about any of the members of this year's signing class, honestly.

Personality wise, and only seeing moments of Jakob here and there (pronounced Yakob I might add), he just seems like the wild man of the group. Seem like he will be the guy wanting to unleash hell, and will have a blast doing it. Very high energy.

Of course, I am excited about all of them. Every last one of them brings a skill set and passion for the game that has not been to this level in awhile.

I am excited about Malone. He was the recruit we fought the hardest for by far. His recruitment seemed to last forever. And then on top of that the sick trio of him and north and pearson will remind many of the meachem, swain, Bret smith group several years ago
