Who should we target as a WRs coach/OC/ RB Coach( I think RB coach got a new job)

Drives me crazy! None of us knows what happens inside that building

The oh "our coaches done develop talent" but they fail realize that every coach there has told the OL not to false start and yet they do it anyway, or the DB's to.get their head around.

Think of the drops and bombs he missed.....could have been much better

I think it will be a lot better next year, if the game slows down for him and he starts picking up receivers when he's escaping the rush, that seems to be the difference in good QBs and great QBs they make plays when their not one there and suddenly no one talks about how bad the blocking is.
I watched Cam Ward this weekend and he had terrible blocking but he is just as cool as a cucumber and delivered every time. I would put him as my #1 option if I wanted a QB in the NFL. He sat out or opt out the 2nd half and because of that Miami lost the lead and got beat. QB just translate so much to the game, I mean it even helps your D if you stay out of the 3 and outs. College football is driven by the QB.
Vandy is a 2 win team with out Pavia.

Statements like that are just crazy, you have no idea whether or not there are expectations or what goes on inside that building. You also don't know whether or not they turn jobs down. We can only speculate and doing that with absolute statements makes no sense

What is the main difference between 2022 and the last 2 years? Maybe a 5th year QB being compared to QB's starting for the first time.

Nico and Joe cannot process information quickly enough. Nico is learning and might be able to or might not be able to. If you change the offense, he will never learn to and the guys behind him won't either.

Bingo. Sadly many on this board don’t want to admit that. People want to compare Nico to Hooker. That’s stupid in a sense. Hooker played 25 games before ever getting to TN.

False. It does matter. We haven’t had a great line since CJH has been here and we have been winning .

Yes. And Fans forget that while our pass blocking was bad, we had historic year run blocking (32 TDs, 3000 yards) .. lets not forget that aspect. Even last year run blocking was great.

It’s obvious we will HAVE to replace these guys to have a chance going forward anybody have some ideas

there are no openings and none are expected.

I think we do need to replace Kelsey Pope just coz how WRs have digressed in last two years. Also Heupel needs to reevaluate his offense in last two years and make adjustments. If he is calling plays, may be handing it off to an OC (like Ryan Day) could help. If Halzle is calling plays, then serious evaluation needs to go into what went wrong and how much of it is play calling.
I am sure they'll look at all that but many coaches are known to be stubborn and that sometimes leads to their downfall. Hope Heupel is more adapting like Nick/Kirby etc and not stubborn.

I’d worrry more about the WRs regressing rather than digressing.
