Going back and watching that play shows the safety on that side of the field took a really bad angle and was trailing the OU RB. Thomas came from the opposite side of the field as a safety and decleated that Sooner. I suspect if his bell ever quits ringing and he gets on the edge outside turning upfield, I’ll bet his head gets on a swivel the rest of his playing days. That hit was Berryesqe.

I was at a sports bar(JB's) here in MD with 20 + other TN fans. (Parents of children that currently go to TN.) Starting last year, we've turned this place into a TN bar. But the whole place erupted when that hit happened. Awesome to see a legal hit like that. Reminds me of the 90's Vols.

It's in Severna Park near the Bay between the Severn and Magothy rivers. It's going to be at least an hour drive from anywhere in the NOVA area.

Yeah. This is the worst team I think they’ve had in four decades. All of their good players over the past few years have been illegally recruited by power conference schools and those schools are using NIL to do it. It’s killing non power conference schools. I’m not a fan of what’s happened in the sport in this regard. I know some people only want Texas vs Ohio St type games but I love college football. The more games the better as far as I’m concerned. I can watch games all day. There are so many unique traditions and programs across the nation and we’re losing that.

But a lot of this is on the Board and President. They’ve had bad leadership just like we had here far too long and yet the same President has been there over 20 years. That guy is a clown and they need house cleaning.

Absolutely. They fired Stockstill but he was only a third of the problem. Massaro and McPhee need to go too.
