Charlie garner and James Stewart were my favorites to watch. The hardest running back was simply travis Henry. I remember in practice he trucked big j 98, I will never forget that.

Since I've only been a real fan since 2007, I'd have to say CP, he was so unpredictable. He always was a threat. The great Eric Berry was also fun to watch.

Leonard Little and current Vol AJ Johnson. It would be an awesome linebacker crew of Little, Johnson and Wilson.

Pickens, Carter, & Berry.

I know he wont make many lists on here, but I really enjoyed watching Ernest Fields. That guy could tackle. Looked like a cheap video game. Would make a bee line to runner, strike, latch on, runner goes straight down. No flash, just pure results.

As kid going to Neyland and watching Willie Gault run with his speed was amazing. On returns and fly patterns, his speed was just incredible. On deep balls he wasn't thrown to you could see he could fly. Now Carl Pickens was best all around Vol. But just memories of Willie burning down the field was awesome.

Condredge followed closely by Chuck Webb. Jimmy Streater was fun to watch as well.

In terms of ability to make your jaw drop on a play CP, the guys agility and acceleration make him dynamic.

Eric Berry. Those years were the only ones where I was just as excited to watch the defense as the offense!

Bonus: Eric Parker returning punts was extremely fun to watch. Guy did not know what a fair catch was. Fearless and super athletic!

Besides the obvious answers of Peyton, Eric Berry, and so on, I really enjoyed watching Meachem. The year he had in '06 was awesome. Held my breath every time he touched the ball.

Man there have been some great ones.

Eric Berry,
CP,
Al Wilson,
and believe it or not I have no freaking clue why Nick Reviz, something about that kid just screamed VFL he played with emotion and a chip on the shoulder even though he lacked talent.

+1 for Reviz. The guys gave everything he had every time he stepped on the field.

Nick was the Dane Bradshaw of the football team. Not as much talent as a lot of other players but parlayed hard work and enthusiasm into being a decent player.
