Who Would Be Obamas Vice President

Obama isn't even the nominee yet. If you're wanting to play hypotheticals though, I'd say he'd pick either Wesley Clark, Bill Richardson, or a female who's last name isn't Rodham or Clinton.

I could see Gen. Clark or Richardson.

That's all I'm doing mg , (hypotheticals) by now you know I don't follow this political stuff as much as you guys do. Would there be any chance of gore being the guy because I think he would hurt the conservatives more than anyone else !

I thought about Gore but there is no way he would be VP again.

Gore is going to pull a Nixon in a few years and be president.

I thought about that one too, Edwards is pushing hard to be his VP, clamoring like a school girl just like he did with Kerry, but Edwards is used material.

Obama needs new and fresh to go along with his political strategy.

I could not see Obama-Edwards or Obama-Gore. Both those guys are polarizing, they wouldn't bring the undecideds in.

Here is one for you...Colin Powell. He is ranked as the sixth most influential liberal in the country. No way he was going to work for W very long. Will virtually wrap up election with this pick. Powell will accept as well. Just like McCain. If he had to do all over again, he would have become Kerry's running mate and we wouldn't have had 8 years of W. Powell is a social liberal and will help Obama's lack of foreign policy/military experience.

I will say I told you so this summer at convention

If Kerry could have gotten past Vietnam he might have had a better showing. If McCain gets the nomination though, its going to be hard to swing for the Dems since he's borderline Dem anyway.

Kerry's problem was making Vietnam an issue.

The convention opening remarks were terrible.
