I don't know if I agree with the more diabolical part. Comic book Joker did beat the second Robin half to death before blowing him up, which did kill him.

But he got better.

Only if he gets ahold of the hammer. If Thor's powers are considered mystical, he has a fighting chance. Superman has at least three weaknesses I'm aware of. One is kryptonite, two is his dependency on a yellow sun, and three is magic. So if Thor's powers are mystical, he stands a chance.

Also please no one say Batman wins, Rocky wins or any other damn character that clearly is not in the freakin fight. There are 2 characters in the fight and it's clearly shown in bright Blue.
