Who would you close with...

I don't think the talent differential is big enough between the two to ignore the positive impact signing JW3 could have on our future recruiting efforts of Memphis city kids. To me, it's easily him. If Rimmer were exponentially better, it would be different.

Just a big need in the post, that's what makes it difficult for me.

I think we could make due though with the athleticism that lineup would offer.

Very possible...like I've said I don't think either way is wrong, i could play both sides.

If stokes is gone that leaves just yemi to bang down low, against teams with a big frontcourt that could be trouble. We may have a few 6'9" guys but they'll be 200-210lb guys, not 250-260.

You have to bring in JW3 and Nichols. If only one of the 3 (including Hubbs) meets their expectation we are dangerous going forward. The likelihood of that is almost 100%. I don't see how we don't succeed in that scenario.

This has been my fear all along. I think high IQ guys that know angles and get position can hold their own against bigger players, but I've always liked the strategy of having a true big man.

Thank you. Is Landry a project? Davis seems to have a few good offers.

Landry is not a project.
He is a true point guard.
May lead the country in assists this season feeding Wiggins, Mosely ,Woodson and others at Huntington Prep.

Let's say you have 2 scholarships left(that seems to be the plan) who are you ideally taking...

With the news of foster visit, and staff visiting Rimmer today, changes a few things.

So you have Nichols, j3, Rimmer and foster left for 2 spots, who ya taking?

I'm going with Nichols and Rimmer.

Umm I would cut some of the scrubs we have on the team and take them all. Why would you pass up on a guy like JW3?

Just the facts. If you cant see that than your blind. JW3 and Nichols are clearly the best.

And I don't believe I've argued that, but you're saying take all 4. That means we bring in 7 freshman, meaning we have to part ways with 3 current players.

You can part with 1 and not draw too much attention, however you boot 3 kids from the team and you're really going to come off bad.

It's not going to happen, simple as that, Martin isn't going to part with that many guys, and come off looking like a bad guy.

I think Nichols and Rimmer is the better choices but if you can land JW3, you take him as well and make it work.
