My daughter (7) asked about being a veteran for memorial day, her class was writing about family that were vet's so I gave her a couple of pics to put on the paper

Seems like a different life and I was a different person

I'll say this: everyone I've met at tailgates or pregame VN festivities have been cool and fun to talk to. It's easy being a hard A online, but in person we all just want the Vols to WIN and us have a good time watching it (I guess one unnamed KY fan might be an exception to the former).

BTW. Off topic, but this made me happy today. They are remodeling a Burger King here just off post and one of the construction workers today was driving a fork lift around, wearing his hard hat. A white hard hat with a orange stripe down the middle and the Power T of both sides.
