Butch Jones. I never cared for CFB and tbh didn’t like the vols because a lot of people I didn’t like from my town were vols fans lol. But got to college and my fraternity brothers got me on the train.

Doug Dickey.....hooked after listening to the 1965 UT-UCLA game played in Memphis. The UCLA coach, Tommy Prothro, who hailed from Memphis, bellyached about the officiating all the way back to Cali. He whined that it made him ashamed to be a Tennessean...😂😂😂. The game is on YouTube and though the video is rough in places; it's worth your time to see.

Majors

Battle sorta, but as a freshman in college football wasn't really a priority.

Sad to hear they're demolishing my old dorm :(

If we're just talking fandom in general, I was from the Majors days

There was a period of about 5 years though when I was doing my undergrad did not really follow the Vols closely. Saw the scores, etc but that's about all.

When I came back into the fold, Fulmer was coach by then

Majors in football, didn't watch any basketball until or unnamed grilling expert. He got me interested due to his personality, I remember reading an article on the BBall team and they were in innertubes on the river and if i remember correctly he was eating a donut and drinking a beer.
