Will say this...even in Omaha, the skill level of NCAA umps is rather poor when compared to NCAA football or basketball. But, they aren't cheating and doing their very best. Just that minor league baseball pulls in so many of the higher quality candidates.

For all sports, in many threads posters share that refs, media, the power brokers hate UT and do everything they can to keep us from ‘moving on’ and having success. If this is true, my question is why? If it’s about money, don’t our fans travel well and viewership is high when we play? Are they jealous of us? Do they think we are a bunch of illiterate hillbillies? Are they still offended because we didn’t want Schiano? What is the reason we are so hated and disrespected?

Simply not true. Now some of our idiot fans are highly hated. Hell, I dislike half of our fans. Always bitching about Refs, Umps, Officials,etc. And these sense of entitlement is ridiculous.
