I don't know when it was established or by whom. But that's the good part...no matter how society is devolving, the scale is relatively consistent. So, you can hone where you or someone else is in the big scheme, even if specific issues are a standard deviation or two away from the big picture.

No need for you to accept anything compared to where society is/isn't.

There was a thread about setting up more government/regulations/fees related to banks using social media scores.

Once the words "social scores" were used, the most far-right people on here were all in favor of more regulations/govt intervention..

So wait you think banking should be able to use social scores to decide who can have their money, and when they can use their credit card.....this isn't championing the right. Every bank has a federal charter. If you want to say ZERO regulation on that, your just telling the CCP and the like that while we won't militarily copitulate we're more then willing for them to pay us to be communist and destroy our liberties. In any case this discussion is best saved on another thread....I already feel too much feels here, and the saccharine sweet civility is giving me a headache.

It went WAY beyond banks, which was my first issue. Second, extremely vague, broad, and unenforceable. Third, that's what capitalism is for. If someone doesn't want my money, someone else will....

I have shared several times that DJT has a personal philosophy that there is no such thing as bad press. He said as much in his book, "The Art of the Deal".
Images like this one show two things...1) he is correct. And 2) he will never change.

It's more a lack of respect than hated. I generally have contempt for him as a business person and as a public official I find him utterly incompetent and far too willing to mollify the wrong people.

He's charismatic and probably a lot of fun in person, but I'm not electing a friend.
