Why is Chip Kelly struggling in Philly?

Chip Kelly.

Good coach

Terrible GM, too egotistical for his own good
This.......should have never gotten rid of Mac, Shady, or even DeSean. Guy is a great coach and his offense will work (with the right QB), but terrible in the GM role. Lurie should have never given him that ability to control everything.

His offense relies on his players being faster then his opponents. Recruit the right type of players in college and you'll get success. The NFL is harder because everyone is fast.

Absolutely. He took a 4-12 team and went 10-6 his first 2 years before running off all his studs.

He's not failing because his offense doesn't work. He's failing because he's ran off all his players and doesn't have a QB.

And he did it the last couple of years with Nick Foles and Mark ****ing Sanchez

Some coachse are just not cut out for the NFL. Kelly is one of them. Not a knock on him. Saban and Spurrier both failed miserably in the NFL. Kelly just needs to come back to CFB where he belongs. His style of offense is really only suited to college.

Yeah his offense has clearly not worked looking back. I mean they were only 4th in the league in offense in 2013 and 3rd in the league last year in offense......his offensive philosophy clearly sucks

Kelly's problem is that he needs to just coach and leave the GM decisions to someone who has a clue. As far as GM duties, he has clearly created a dumpster fire and the day he is forced to give those duties up, is the day that the Eagles will actually be back on the up and up.
