I don't even blame DD. I just want to know why it takes us 5 years and we're still in the bottom half of the east. I don't get it.

Lack of depth, less talent than the big boys and a lack of leadership. The last falls heavily on our staff and quarterback. Thankfully last week showed us something.. Maybe our boys are tired of gettin pushed around and disrespected.

Because our coach has hit his ceiling. He's build a good solid foundation, but it's gonna take someone else to get us to the next level. He's a mid to lower tier coach, so we shall remain that in the conference.

4-4 is a bad year. He's won 4.4.4.4.4.4.4 sec games in 2.5 ears. I look at that and see we're on par with Vandy and UK. I didn't think like that until I saw our sec record. DD can't coach. He is a demotivator.

Well, there are 7 teams in the SEC East. 120 teams in the FBS. 3/7 (42.857%) of the SEC East teams are in the top 14 of the AP Top 25 (that would be 88th percentile of The FBS).

Stay with me...

So if Vols finish ahead of Vandy, KY, and Missouri, they would be 4th out of 7 in the East (not where I want us to be, but again, stay with me) and we would be just as much a part of the top half of the East as the bottom half.

So I am confused... What was your question?

Yeah I see that now. He is a start up coach. He needs to be at liek Illimois, vandy or uk. Maybe Arky st. Everyone has there place. I look at Hart to make an outstanding hire in the offseason.

We had roster attrition when Fulmer left and Kiffin was hired. Then we had more roster attrition when Kiffin left. We basically missed an entire recruiting class because almost all of Kiffin's recruits didn't pan out. So our situation is similar to a team going on probation because of the lost players. This year we finally have some upper-classmen again and are showing signs of improvement. If we don't lose too many juniors to the draft, we will be preseason top 20 next year with loads of experience. And we will be in year 2 of the 3-4 defense so that side will improve tremendously as well.

I'm glad this thread was started. I had no idea about this, I definitely didn't see it in the countless other threads just like this one.

Edit:No sarcasm
