How many UT alum are on the Saban coaching staff? That's all we hire now, lackies that Saban doesn't care to lose.

Maybe that is why we shouldn't have any either. The obvious answer to your question/statement is that we are hiring people that the AD and coach feel are qualified from a staff that has proven they can win in the SEC. The idea that has been thrown out around here that the only people who should coach Tennessee has to have gone to school here is ridiculous.

So the criteria for them to be "one of our own" is that they have to be here a while and win big? In that case, let's go get a big hire who's not a Tennessee guy and win big with him. Then he'll be one of our own. Backdoor our way into hiring a UT guy.
