Georgia is a goldmine for recruiting and Richt can't win there.

Why would he win here? Tennessee produces little talent worthy of playing in the SEC.

You hire a coach that does more with less, not less with more.

Because he'd stay for 11 years and never play for a NC ... like his tenure at UGA. Check out how many coaches in the SEC have less tenure and have actually made the title game. The UGA program has settled into mediocrity, if they win the SEC East every now and again, they're happy. "National Championships? We are Georgia we don't need no stinkin' National Championships."

Winning the east every couple of years and going to some BCS bowls sounds really nice considering the point we are at, but after seeing 6 or 7 potential title teams fall short, we're all just going to start moaning again about how we never catch a break.

Richt only ever wins by having better talent than the opponent, he never wins because his players are coached up. He actually loses many, he shouldn't, to teams with far inferior talent because they have coaches. If he was at Tennessee or any other school that didn't sit in the middle of a hot bed for recruiting, he wouldn't do anything.

Just last year, his own fans wanted him fired. Richt is also far below Saban, and even Les Miles' league as a coach in the SEC.
