Tennessee has been playing good D, but coming up short on the scoreboard. Cam Tatum is the key. He steps his game up and gives Hopson/Harris the scoring help that has been missing and Tennessee will be hanging another banner after this week....that is all.

This thread would have made only slightly less sense on the football forum. Only slightly.

Tennessee is capable.

They also play so many people, fatigue shouldn't be a problem

The only thing we're capable of (at this point) is blowing a substantial first-half lead and letting the game get away from us.

I hope they make Saturday.... it would be a huge lift to beat UF after coming so close twice... keeping Florida out of the paint is the only way your going to beat them.... also a combination of us simply not shooting threes. If we can take 10 or less outside the arch.... we always have a fighting chance IMO... oh and Tobias and Scotty cannot both be a non-factor. If Williams or Tatum can both get 8+ it's a huge lift!

We do have a shot. We have lured the whole conference into thinking we are lazy, uncoached, and just not worth a crap.

Using the history of this last season to base an opinion on how the Vols will perform in the SEC tourney, sadly I don't share the same optimism as you do 7thgroup.

It would be a fitting conclusion to make it to Sunday then lose the opening game of ncaa

I think the Men will continue to advance this week until they are in a close game in the last four minutes and have to make good decisions offensively. If we are in a close game down the stretch, we give away a couple possessions by making bad decisions, and we lose. That has been the theme this year, unfortunately. Whether that happens against Arky, UF, or somebody else, I don't know...I just have little confidence in our team closing out games.

A fitting conclusion for us would be a season-ending loss on a last-second, wide open dunk.

it's only 50-50 on any break away with us... I have never seen a team screw up so many break away's... seriously.... it's beyond fustration when watching a fast break all season long!

With the exception of Cam's slam in the first half, he just doesn't know how to finish right now. Notice when he goes in for a contested layup. He's literally throwing it around the rim and hoping for the best. Saw it happen on 3 occassions yesterday. No confidence.

Tennessee can't win the SEC Championship, Florida already won it.

I really wish people would learn the difference between the SEC Champion and the SEC Tournament Champion.

This thread should be titled "why drugs impair your judgment"

Seriously, I am so frustrated with the team after Sunday, I fully expect them to loose first round.
