Every fan base has people that post "dumb things", usually when emotional too, so generalizing all Tn fans or Vn is silly imo. Actually most of Vn, when their is speculation of player or coach, say to let it play out, because we do not know all evidence or details.

Just saying the story doesn't quite add up. All collegiate players have it drilled into them that they're never, ever to go anywhere other than the training staff regarding supplements, medicines, everything. The whole "took stuff for the flu" bullet point doesn't wash. Then throw in that he's gained 45 lbs in a year or so, as a QB, and there's plenty of smoke to be investigated, plenty of truth discovered IMO.

Not to mention the Florida reporter that claims the GNC employee mentioned to her what Grier was taking back in the summer. She was in the store with her boyfriend but didn't know it was illegal until the story broke this week.

Then there's the fact that a couple of players were suspended for Steroids at CSU when McElwain was there......

Yeah, plenty of smoke

This is really only scratching the surface. What about athletes who hit women? The school is the one who disciplines them and the NCAA rarely gets involved. Even more what about athletes who jump men (see LSU), no NCAA involvement and those players I think got suspended 1 game. Kid pops positive smoking weed, 1 game. I agree the NCAA is a complete joke and plays student athletes like puppets. They want to control things but have stupid rules regarding eligibility but no direction involving serious issues such as domestic violence, gun charges and many more. They allow coaches to leave a school but a player has to sit for a year for the same thing. A coach breaks the rules at every school he's been at but the school he leaves suffers and that coach doesn't (calipari). I wish the Big 5 conferences would go out on their own and have their own governing body. They can live off TV contracts, revenue etc but can have their own rules and not the BS we see now

Well, my sinuses are giving me fits today. I'd like to go to GNC, but I can't afford the weight gain...
