I don't like tonight at all.

First game on the road since the trouble and we never play good at Bama.

Not a good combo, IMO. Hope we pull out the W.

We played way over our head and Kansas was coming off a streak where they just weren't playing good ball, certainly not up to their potential. Against Miss we struggled but pulled a win out at home. We might very well be due for another USC type performance, I hope not but it wouldn't surprise me on the road.

This team just seems to be playing to prove something. It's cliche, but they really gelled after the arrest. I hope that "prove something" mentality goes to UAT with them. I'm worried what putting two of the offenders back on the team has done.

A "trap" game indicates one against a mediocre or bad opponent prior to a big game.

I haven't seen Bama play, but they lost to good Cornell, K St., Purdue and FSU teams (all tourney bound) by about 10 pts, lost by a point to Vandy, and took it on the chin at Arky. They also beat decent Baylor and Michigan teams. UT should be the better team, but at home, I wouldn't describe Bama as mediocre or bad.

And considering UT plays Georgia next, I'd say their attention is fully focused on Bama.

Conclusion: not a trap game.
