A lack of accountability from the top of this University down has led us to this point.
Poor leadership and lack of a clear vision from the president down to Hamilton lead to the complacency displayed by Fulmer and his downfall.
It also led to these coaching searches being done by some damned independent firm who was probably in bed with Jimmy Sexton instead of people who have a profound respect and detailed knowledge of the traditions of this once great program.
