I am still complaining about 2 straight weeks with Tyler Baron having to suffer through choke holds and no calls, a whole year of inability of refs to call holding on opposing offensive lines and DBs allowed to bump hold and arm bar our receivers.
Yeah, I’d like somebody to explain how Bama and KY have zero holding penalties against what is acknowledged as one of the best pass rushes in the country (well at least till tonight). Hard to figure.

Plus we was getting ready to add another 3. The thing I liked the most about this win is the last 2 drives they couldn’t stop us from getting first downs. We scored 6 the first drive then we milked the clock and was going to hit a mid range field goal to salt it away before the 10 second run off. Also the defense on the last 2 drives kept Kentucky to a field goal. We won the 4th quarter. GBO
I'm proud they never trailed in the game.

It’s too far out on the tails for me to believe it’s mere chance.

And not just holding…two games in a row with no live ball infractions. Something stinks.

I think we know what the stink is. It's the stink of the conference mandate that UGA and Bammer better be in Atlanta by all means necessary

It defies logic and is pretty much statistically impossible. It’s willful negligence by the officiating crew. Once again, some of the holds we saw on tv could not have possibly been missed by the refs. Boils down to willingness, or lack there of, to call it.

I have to admit that I still feel like we’ll lose during these type games. Hopefully I’ll grow out of this. I had no faith in us sustaining a drive and running the clock out. Them only being down by 6 had me thinking we were going to be cursed with the usual dumb 💩.

These are not from a UK forum but the Lex Herald and I thought interesting.

- Kentucky’s loss prevented Mark Stoops from achieving his third victory as UK head man vs. Tennessee. Instead, Stoops is now 2-9 against the Volunteers. Since World War II, only Blanton Collier (5-2-1 from 1954 through 1961) and Fran Curci (3-6 from 1973 through 1981) have coached Kentucky to as many as three victories over Tennessee.

-With its loss to the No. 21 Volunteers, Kentucky saw its all-time mark vs. the Vols when UT is ranked in the AP Top 25 drop to 4-36-1. The most recent victory for UK over a ranked UT team in Lexington remains the 20-0 upset of No. 20 Tennessee recorded at Stoll Field by Blanton Collier’s Cats in 1959.

UK needs not complain too much about the review not going their way. The play that got blown dead after the snap looked like it was going to be a big gain

My dad was a big fan of Fran, he still talks about him. Poor guy, he'll still watch his team lose to us though 🤣

I was hoping Josh would call a time out with 2 seconds and kick the field goal.
I kid, I kid....well not really..🤣
Hell I would rather him throw a bomb into the endzone. Too many things can go wrong on a FG attempt. I’m fine with taking the run off and win though.

Keep in mind absolutely nothing we ever do to Kentucky can compare to the torture they put themselves through.

Why are you making fun of them for complaining about the refs?
Why wouldn’t you? It was obviously one sided towards UK, so why would they be complaining?? We went in beat them, beat them at home and beat the refs. It’s not coincidence that Leary had 370+ yards throwing, which he hasn’t even sniffed all year. Homeboy had all day to throw, because refs refused to call holding.
