Will Grier Appeal - DENIED

Treon Harris will probably figure out how to pass by our game and will run with such fervor that Josh Dobbs will look like Morgan Newton. They'll print shirts after the win, talk about what an emotional slugfest it was, and then lose to Vanderbilt and Tennessee fans will be all, "They're OURS next year!!"

I don't disagree with you.

But the narrative has now changed to Grier's cheating caused the loss instead of multiple coaching blunders that took place throughout the second half....a few which took place while Grier was on the sideline watching UF play defense.

And I sure can't argue with that. It's unfortunate, but Vol fans have to live with it until next year. I hate saying that.

Unless you have proof Grier tested positive prior to the UT game, I disagree with your post.

Seeing as how the NCAA administered Grier's drug test and not UF, I doubt they cared Treon Harris was suspended for our game.

IMO that doesn't matter. The only evidence we have right now is when the NCAA decided to test him he was positive. It should be retroactive to the year. I know this is not the way it works, but it should IMO.

....and according to this he bought some banned substances on June 7th....

And our coaching blunders and play breakdowns are noted. However that doesn't change the fact that even if UF won 50-0, the simple fact remains that Grier was taking banned substances. He in fact cheated.
