Will Kentucky win the SEC Football Championship in the next 100 years?

Odd are at some point they'd have a shot to get the Eastern division during regular season play at least. Even the Mississippi Bull Puppies won the West back in 98.

This is of course assuming they remain in the SEC, or that the SEC continues as a going concern long term. Or that they even have a football program long term.

They've already got two SEC Championship titles from 1950 and 1976, what with the actual Championship game itself not existing until 1992, so while a rare possibility, at least right now, it's not entirely impossible. I'd rate them as having a better chance then Vandy at least.

Have they won one the last 100? You have your anwser.

Yes they have, twice. 1950 they went 11-1 with a 5-1 SEC Record, and 1976 with a 9-3(5-1) record after Mississippi State was forced to forfeit their game. They finished tied with Georgia.

They actually had a 10-1(6-0) season in 1977 but where ineligible for the title or any bowl games due to NCAA issues.

So while it's definitely not happening anytime soon, it's not something that's impossible either.
