Contrary to what some think, I actually think he will do well in the league in the right situation, in a pro scheme with a good O line. His injuries and O line kept people from seeing what he’s
fully capable of this year.

Now if the Browns were to have the first overall pick, I might agree with you.

I don't think even Stoops is capable of going 3-5 in the SEC including a loss to Vandy at home with the #1 overall pick at QB.

Agree. Why do people keep regurgitating this whole "he's the #1 draft pick" narrative? He couldn't win the job at mediocre Penn State, transferred to KY where they have a very difficult time recruiting QBs anyway and put up very mediocre numbers behind what the "experts" said was a future All Pro offensive line. All the accolades and hype for Levis are in complete contrast to his actual performance over two seasons there. I just don't get it.
