Will Levis opts out of bowl game

Thatā€™s a no-brainer for the kid. He got a Citrus Bowl win last year for Kentucky. No need to play in this one. Heā€™s possibly the number one overall pick. Contrary to what some think, I actually think he will do well in the league in the right situation, in a pro scheme with a good O line. His injuries and O line kept people from seeing what heā€™s
fully capable of this year.

Now if the Browns were to have the first overall pick, I might agree with you.

I don't think even Stoops is capable of going 3-5 in the SEC including a loss to Vandy at home with the #1 overall pick at QB.

It's more about his natural talent than anything else. It's the new trend in the NFL to take the super athletic guy with a big arm and see if he can be the next Mahomes.
Then Joe Milton is a sure fire Top 5 NFL Draft pick next year (sort of blue font).

They still project AR to be a high first round pick, and they are basing that totally on his potential and physical gifts, after a very mediocre career. If Joe Milton turns in even a modestly respectable effort next season, he is a first round pick lock.

Any team that drafts this kid AT ANY POINT in the first round will become the new laughing stock of the NFL.

Mahomes threw up huge stats in college. The question on Mahomes was if he was a system quarterback or whether he was really that fantastic. Levis hasn't done squat in college.

Levis is going to cost some GM his job in a couple years

Agree. Why do people keep regurgitating this whole "he's the #1 draft pick" narrative? He couldn't win the job at mediocre Penn State, transferred to KY where they have a very difficult time recruiting QBs anyway and put up very mediocre numbers behind what the "experts" said was a future All Pro offensive line. All the accolades and hype for Levis are in complete contrast to his actual performance over two seasons there. I just don't get it.

Well all I know is every NFL GM and scout that I have heard speak about this kid seems to be slobbering all over themselves wanting him. I trust that they know more of what they are talking about than us message board guys. Lol.

Josh Allen and Trey Lance didn't do squat in college either. Both were top 10 QBs.
