Will rushing the field after beating Alabama become a tradition?

We beat them from ‘95-2001, and I guarantee you that we never even considered rushing the field or tearing down goalposts during that stretch. I understand doing it for a major upset, but Bama is about to take a long awaited downside, and us celebrating like we just won the natty everytime we beat them just makes us look like traumatized simps.

Wasn’t even the students that started this one. It was the recruiting section. Hopefully that emotion carries over to some commitments. It just was so weird. Mulled around on the field for like 5 or 10 mins before people decided to address the goal posts. Cops then engaged in a tug of war with the fans with a goal post

My initial reaction was it was stupid. But Clemson does it after every home game. Danny White is more inclined to give the kids what they want, it seems. I wouldn’t be surprised. That’s why I posed the question, but I wouldn’t allow it myself.

There was no reason to rush the field…it was just goofy college kids doing it to do it. We didn’t win in a crazy way, we weren’t huge underdogs, and it had not been a long time since we beat them. It was goofy all the way around.
