I have no idea if these play into the delay

1. Are we using Freeze as cover to go after the guy Pruitt wants? Pruitt and Friend (at UGA) lost out on some recruiting battles where Freeze probably got the player by cheating. Does that weigh on them? Remember, Freeze got his college start by helping guide Oher to Ole Miss in return for a support job down there (which cost Fulmer a player he coveted)

2. With the MeToo movement, I would expect the vetting process would have to be more thorough than the Ohio State vetting process. There's enough chatter where I would think this would have to be a thorough vetting. Does our admin have the backbone if something else comes up from Freeze's past?

I don't believe that anyone else would be disappointing.

But what I expect is that this is another Schiano-esque sh*t sandwich, wherein the AD lets rumors of something great run and we end up with, say, Will Friend or Chris Weinke as OC.
