If Fulmer and Pruitt wants Freeze, But the board of higher ups at Tennessee does not want Freeze. Then i hope people donations drop off because of those people. All they want if for people to show up and fill the stadium up so they can get their money. Well you got to put a good product on the field. This crap is getting old for too long.

I can guarantee you that he is not going to be told no many times if he feels it will benefit the program. Watch and see if we make some crap hire for OC that he is not here after year 3. It was said before that Butch tried hiring someone else for a spot and was not given the extra 600K and had to just promote within. Thats how we got Scott who was no where close to ready for it.

They are looking for someone compatible to butch jones. If pruitt turns down freeze because of jealousy, he had better hope his 2nd year offense looks a whole lot better than this past season or it will be hot seat city for him.

I think the reason it's taking so long is because Hugh is unwilling to use burner phones, which is part of the deal.

If this falls through it’s bigger than Pruitt. Tennessee has history of pooping the bed when they could make a big move. It’s someone behind the scenes f’ing it all up

Arguable that Ole Miss was one of the most down programs when Freeze got there and Bama was loaded.

If we make a crap hire at OC, he won't be here in Year 4 because he would be fired.....

I have little or no faith that anyone in a desicion-making administrative position will act in the best interests of the football program... I believe there's a strong possibility that Freeze will be OC in Tuscaloosa and we'll have someone from deep on our list... if so, we'll be looking for a new AD and head coach around 2021... shampoo, rinse, repeat...

Maybe the hold up in hiring him is being sure that he has the offense that Pruitt wants to run. He ran the spread etc at Miss. Is that what we want again?

This entire notion of "screwing up" the hire is just dumb. At his last job, THE MAN CALLED ESCORT SERVICES AND PAID RECRUITS..... He's not an easy guy to hire.

A lot of due diligence is necessary.
