Will we accept NIT?

The issue I have with Martin isn’t that he went to NIT and lost. He took a team with 3 NBA players and went to NIT and lost
And, Martin only had decent success his last year. With what he inherited, he should have been set from the beginning of his tenure.

Vescovi is also the only person we got that can take a dribble at the top of the key and get to the rim...not James, Pons or Bowden because their dribble isn't strong enough which is surprising. Before Turner left, he was the only one that could do it.
We have only had one consistently good ball handler on the team all season. I'll give you a hint. He aint playing this weekend.

If our team tries. Often you see power conference teams make the NIT and just throw in the towel. Kind of pathetic IMO.
I think a lot of times teams are accused of throwing in the towel when in truth they are just not very good. Low major teams that win 23+ games are not easy to beat. The talent gap is not what it used to be.
