You are the guy wanting stokes to switch to football right? Because he won't be succeaful in basketball?

No, I want him to stay playing basketball because we need him. But I think he'd have a much better chance of making a career in football! That size can't be bought!

I can not stand listening to those two. Imo. Vince F. gives a fair evaluation of Tn, but I feel they are overly negative. It feels like they out to prove the optimistic fans wrong all the time. jmo. GBO!

I agree. I don't necessarily want two homers doing the show but I would definately prefer they be pro-Vols. I like Hubbs when he is on the 3:00-7:00 show. He rarely gets into he said/she said type of stuff and usually tries to be positive about whatever is going on. I know he has his own thing so he is out of the question, but I would prefer someone more like him.

Also, I would like them to stop having Clay Travis on that show. If Travis wants to run around Nashville bashing Dooley and being Franklin's biggest cheerleader, let him have at it. But inviting him on Knoxville radio stations and pretending he is a Vols fan is pitiful.

It's definitely a better plan "B" than most people have in life.

Has he ever played football?

I don't know. And this will never happen. But at 6'8-260lb now, and those size twenty something shoes, he's not even done growing yet. Imagine a 6'9-6'10 - 310lb athletic offensive tackle. I'd say he could be easily coached up with that size. Ex- Michael Oher. Never gonna happen like I said, but man, he may look back some day and wonder. Wish him all the best in BB. But it's just so hard to make it in the NBA. He's a heck of a college player though

I would not mind having more "homers" imo. I think most other sports talk stations in other states do. You can be a "homer" and be objective. I am by no means saying outsiders can not be objective, just that the ratio between the two could be better on that station. just my :twocents::hi:

Yeah, it's a strange dynamic in Knoxville. Perhaps a bit of it is perspective, but I read alot of ajc sports stuff and they are so pro UGA it's pathetic - even to the point of being overly negative toward the local school Ga. Tech.

Knoxville sports personalities think they gain credibility by being "objective" (mostly negative) about UT. This is why I listen mostly to 1180, not because it's great radio, but because the other station is so "objective" and repetitive that I can listen for a few minutes and meet my quota for self-punishment.

Mister "there's no way UT gets an at-large bid" just last week, is on the radio today complaining about how some teams are projected in ahead of UT. Everyone scoot over a little bit, it seems one more person has decided to get on the Bandwagon.

Someone please take that injured calve west outback and put him out of his misery. Knox radio is such a joke.

I can listen to Doc, but Heather and lap dog are terrible. Will West is even worse. He wants so bad to be on the national stage.

Heather is attractive but her voice annoys me so much it definitely knocks her down a couple notches.

Yup, she is decent looking.....right up until she decides it is a good idea to open her mouth and give (speak) her opinion. Not sure if it is her voice or the content but that kills it for me. While I am thinking about it, the retarded oversized bug eye sunglasses she wears at Volunteer Village drive me crazy as well.

I agree. If Tony B. could finish a thought, not have long pauses, and listen to what is being said consistantly he would be very good. :) He is a good guy though and you can call him _____ fill in the blank, but he's our fill in the blank. I want more people that care if Tennessee does well.

Ok, seen her pictures. She's not ugly. I'll move her to about a 6.5. But she's not hot. That's just me. Im pretty much a great looking dude though. Good looks and gladiator body (yes, roids are good) My hot is the average guys Fantasy. Been that way all my life. Now I'm married to a Fitness/Figure model. I like fit chics. Not soft, zero tone, 6 foot, fake blondes.
