That’s a funny take. And I mean funny “ha-ha”. Could Georgia view an orderly return to the lockers an insult?I don't like Kirby Smart, UGA or the mental makeup of his players. That said my prediction of whipping that ass in Knoxville this year, I would say just return to the lockers and celebrate. UGA doesn't deserve a Bama level celebration. We can all meet on the strip
If we are undefeated it could happen. Only vandy left to run the table the next week.
I mean that would probably send a message our players and fans "Expect to beat their asses IMO". That would have a greater impact than a shock the world rush the field experience to me anyway. Bama has history that UGA will never attain, whole different perspective with Bama. But no we should go into every game with a winning mentalityThat’s a funny take. And I mean funny “ha-ha”. I would say, for 15 years we hadn’t been there, so we deserved to enjoy it.Couple of thoughts on this:
First- Because I live in Bama, I get the brunt of their snarky comments. The one I get the most is “act like you’ve been there”, the vibe that they are so good they expect to win every game. In their defense, yep, I get it - no denying they have been there, but by golly just look at the picture. Why waste an opportunity to party after an awesome victory? Look at how happy that crowd was on the field at that time. A memorable and special moment. Nobody fighting, good tunes playing and a legitimate victory. (Wasn’t the refs you Gumps))
Second: Crybaby Nick had the SEC pass a rule (I think, could ne wrong) that visiting team gets a cut of the fine. If so it would suck for Kirby and company to get the consolation prize.
Third: meet me on the 50- can’t miss me. I’ll be the old guy in orange.
