I went to Tennessee's bowl games in Jacksonville and Tampa a few years ago. I traversed the state of Georgia with enough orange gear on to make a Georgia fan cringe. Nevertheless, the people I encountered were nice and wished me and the Vol's good luck. So, I'm ok with Georgia winning, but I will be rooting for TCU if they are in it.

If it comes down to UGA vs Michigan/OSU then yeah... I'll choke down that puke and hope UGA wins.

I've always hated USC but would pull for them against any of the others.

I don't particularly like TCU but hope they get in just to keep OSU and Bama out.

Only way I will ever root for a SEC school is if they play OSU or ND.

Except Florida……I’d root for Iran over UF.


BTW…..The “SEC. SEC. SEC” chant is SAF.

I detest TCU the least, because they're in uncharted waters themselves. Otherwise, the rest : Bama, UGA, Fla, Ohio state, michigan, USCw, Notre Dame, Oregon, and Oklahoma can melt into a steamy pile of dung for all I care. I hate em all ! GBO !

As a fellow 89 Vol, I really hope UGA does not win CFP (whoever they play). Rationale ~ as a long time VOL fan, I used to hate Bama…. then I hated UF (because of their fans). My disgust has shifted to UGA really because of their fans who think they are superior to anyone else (at least in the east)…. funny they have such a complex about how they are the “new” Bama.

Saban built a remarkable program in part due to some bad decisions in Conference (Clemson clearly benefited also). I surely don’t want Kirby riding the “coat-tails“ of Saban (which they have clearly benefited from turmoil in VOLS/gators).

As such, agree with above…. hoping UGA is upended by either Tigers or CFP pick.

Georgia needs to lose. We beat Michigan 35-0 last time we played them years ago. I guess I'm for them.

All Vol only! Could care less about rest of SEC teams. I will only read about them when they are our next opponent, not before game week or after.

I’d rather UGA win than any of the other teams. I like us being able to take down the champ, or at least try, during the season.

Any of the other teams don’t give us that chance in 2023.

Because we want respect for the wins we get. There's a guy at my church who is a big Ohio State fan. This guy should have been proud of his undefeated squad all year, but instead he takes it on the chin about who his team plays constantly. Even worse now that they played a decent team and got drilled.

Ohio State wins and no one respects them for it. I don't want Tennessee to be Ohio State.
