Bundle up, Randy.I'm hoping our fellers put on long johns under their uniforms, double socks, and hoodies under their helmets. After 5 minutes, it'll feel like they're playing in the sunny south. The temps are worse on the fans than the players. Bundle up, guys---remember the layers rule.
I believe there should be no hosts for playoff games.I mean, it's supposed to be in the mid 20s in Knoxville at game time Saturday.
Not exactly a huge difference there
14 is cold, but it's not exactly ice planet Hoth territory

And all games should be played in domed stadiums or California, Arizona or Florida if they aren’t domed.
Playing games in 14 degrees is ridiculous especially for the fans.
Whiskey and bourbon work well as well mixed with Hot Cocoa flasks within the super secret inside pockets of the down jacketFor those going, layers. Get a good moisture-wicking base, like a long-sleeve tee by Under Armour or similar. Follow that with a henley, then a flannel button-down, then a Tennessee hoodie, and finally either a heavy coat (ski coat, carharrt) or maybe even better, a light down coat with a shell (raincoat) over top. For bottoms. Get yourself some good leggings and wear em under jeans. You can even wear jeans over sweats, or get pants that are lined. Polypropylene liner socks underneath thick wool. Wear boots. Get some wool gloves and layer insulated leather or waterproof synthetic over top. Toboggan. Supplement with hand warmers.
You do all that and you’ll likely get too warm at some point, so manage your layers accordingly: sweat is the enemy.
Edit: as far as the game, bring on the cold. It’s an advantage for us.
