Since the decision to play has been politicized somehow, lets bring up that Maryland has a Republican Governor who voted to not play. Minnesota and Pennsylvania have Democratic governors that apparently voted to play according to this?

It's Michigan , Michigan St, Northwestern, Rutgers, Illinois , Maryland and Wisconsin had voted to play but just changed and voted No so it's 7-7. I think it needed to be 9-6 to start October.
