Yea. I don’t care for that word I guess. It’s one thing to say I hate cinnamon, or I hate Alabama football, etc, but between being in the military and now living in DC, I see so much real hate. Hatred between people, cultures and whatnot. Everyone that’s never been to the South loves to bash it as racist, but as someone who grew up in the South and has traveled all over the country minus the Pacific NW, racism and hatred are everywhere, typically more than you’ll see in the South. It’s just expressed differently. Using the word “hate” so prominently with the Power T doesn’t sit well with me.

Besides, they aren’t even hating, they just don’t expect much out of this team. I don’t blame them there

I get it, kind of. I don't use the word often and when I do its for things like Macaroni, the Gators, mosquitoes, noseeums etc. I don't hate people, not even Butch.

That said, I don't really care how others use it here, especially concerning football. I personally try not to take anything football too seriously.

Oh, BTW. I don't see any difference in us saying we hate Bama football and that meme saying let someone else hate us.
