And y'all probably disagree with me, but the "well he dont get paid 3.8 million dollars to go 3-9 " type arguments are stupid. The amount he gets paid shouldn't matter in these discussions. Its like I wanna say what if he were making 1 million a year, would 3-9 be okay then?

I like the ones saying he is a fraud by taking the head coaching job and the money when he can't coach...um if UT offered me a headcoaching job and that payout, you think I'd say no?
